In the name of ALLAH, our Lord who NEVER sleeps and ALWAYS WATCHING over us...
Alhamdulillah, my final exam ends today...what a relief...after 2 weeks in exam mode, finally it all ends today...^^
Thank you, Ya Allah for helping me in answering the papers.. Insya'Allah, I will pass the exam...
Alhamdulillah...My wish comes true as I went to the surau's library later this evening and found myself staring at three rows of book shelves inside the surau...(amazed by the number of books in there...)
After observing and analysing the books, I decided to read a book entitle 'Bertemu Janji ALLAH'.... HOWEVER, I didn't manage finish reading that book,(can't take the book out) so I intended to continue reading it tomorrow morning!...can't wait....
Alhamdulillah, my exam finishes today, giving me this wonderful opportunity....I just can't believe that I'm able to fulfill my desire to read those book in the library today- fulfilling my promise that I made to Allah, to the books.(Yes!!!....). ...^^...
Although I may not be able to read the books all at once but slowly..I'll try to read it all ...(slowly....) - my goal-
Actually, the reasons I'm telling you about this whole thing is to persuade you, to influence, and to tempting you in practicing the habits of reading a book-especially Islamic books. This is because, the knowledge gained from all the reading, would benefit you in preparing you; to help you in comprehending the knowledge about ISLAM ,preparing you to FACE 'Alam Barzakh' and the most important thing is...to prepare you to FACE your Creator- Allah... Insya'Allah.
Moreover, as stated in the holy Quran;
اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ
-Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists)-
It is Cristal CLEAR that Allah have stated in His 'love letter' asking (WANTED)His servants-us to read, to (never stop)find knowledge.
Therefore, rather than focusing solely in studying and excelling in exams, WE SHOULD CHANGE OUR MINDSET and start doing what have been told by our Creator; which is to read (in the name of Allah).
In other words, we are told to read and seek the knowledge solely because of ALLAH... There shouldn't be any other reasons behind it. We should do it solely because of our love to HIM, and NOT because of our parents or just to fulfill the education/job requirements.
We must REMEMBER the coexistence of US in this world is solely because of HIM, to 'beribadat' to HIM- as stated in surah Al-Dzariat; 56.
وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالإِنسَ إِلاَّ لِيَعْبُدُونِ
-And I have not created the Jinn and the men but that they may worship Me-
So...What are you waiting for?
Hurry!! Grab a book...
Grab the chance while you still can.....
( while you have your breath left in you)
